Mandatory Documents:

• CNIC (National ID Card) scanned colored copy
• Passport-Original and all previous passports
• Four recent colored 35 x 45 mm photographs on a white background/passport size
• FRC (Family Registration Certificate) from NADRA
• Marriage certificate
• Covid Vaccination Certificate (with proof of booster dose), for adults
• Police character certificate and Bank statement attested from Ministry Foreign Affairs
•  Bank Account Maintenance Certificate and personal bank statement ,Solo travelers need a 6-month (minimum balance PKR 700,000) and for families (minimum PKR 1,000,000).

For Business Person:

• Letter Head with sign stamp
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm) in case of Business.
• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce
• Company Income Tax returns for the last 2 years
• Original Business Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Business Name and Account No. on the Bank’s letterhead with a seal and sign of the bank officer

For Job Holder:

• Last 3 months’ salary slips sign, stamp
• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead

For Retired Person:

• Copy of retirement order or relieving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any

For Students:

• School / College / University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter / Bonafide letter on School / College / University letterhead
• For solo or one-parent travel of a minor, a No Objection Certificate on PKR 100 stamp paper from the absent parent, notarized, with their ID proof like a passport copy, is mandatory
